Area Supervisors

Area Supervisors act as liaisons between District Managers and assigned store locations, supervising overall store operations including customer satisfaction, profitability, sales and personnel. Each Area Supervisor oversees eight to ten store locations. The primary job duties of this position include the following:

  • Supervise directly, or through reporting managers, personnel activity including hiring, training, salary administration, performance management and disciplinary actions.
  • Train Store Managers in all aspects of store operations and ensure Assistant Managers are properly trained.
  • Assist Store Managers in decision making and problem solving.
  • Ensure all company policies are adhered to.
  • Conduct audits to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Maintain store operations in absence of Store Managers.

 

Qualified applicants will possess knowledge of marketing concepts, convenience store operations and personnel management, effective verbal and written communication skills, and excellent customer service. Travel is required 95% of the time.
